Blech!
It is recommended that between 30-60 minutes after a workout you take in some protein to assist and help boost muscle repair. While walking through Walmart (not something I do often... had to visit the pharmacy...) I ran across these 'protein shots' They boast 26g of protein, etc etc.. 'ultimate recovery fuel'
They are absolutely disgusting. I can usually deal with a lot of things like this, but this is just ... blech!
I do not recommend *gag*.
